He has an extensive knowledge of Mining, LNG, Infrastructure, and Construction Project life cycles and has recruited talent for major projects, including Santos GLNG, Origin Energy’s APLNG, BHP Tams Project, Bruce Highway Upgrade, Mega Manila Metro, Wawa Dam, New Manila International Airport, North South Commuter Rail, Solaire Casino and Berth 7.
In addition to his primary job functions, Rene has been recognized by the Philippines National Rugby League Federation for his extraordinary commitment to the association as a board member, assisting in the development of Rugby league in the Philippines.
